Tennis: Marysville-Pilchuck stops Oak Harbor 5-2

Host Marysville-Pilchuck slipped by the Oak Harbor girls tennis team 5-2 Wednesday, March 24.
Erin Neilon and Laurin Rico earned Oak Harbor's points with wins in second and third singles.
Neilon won 6-2, 6-1; and Rico won both sets 6-1.
Cady O'Dell dropped the No. 1 singles match 6-2, 7-6(0).
In first doubles, Alexa Holmly and Jennifer Fremd fell 6-4, 6-1.
Jennifer Bowers and Kerry Rathsabanhdith lost 6-4, 6-3 in second doubles.
The third doubles duo of Darcy Fremd and Shannon Neilon were defeated 6-1, 6-0.
Oak Harbor is 1-4 for the year, Marysville-Pilchuck 2-3.
The Wildcats return home Friday, March 26, with a match against Everett (2-1) at 3:45 p.m.
