Girls basketball: Coupeville's Smith named first-team all-league

Senior Megan Smith led a list of 13 Coupeville High School girls basketball team letter winners this season.
Smith earned her fourth varsity letter and received first-team all-Cascade Conference honors. She was second-team as a junior.
Senior Ashley Manker picked up her third varsity letter and was named to the all-league second team.
Seniors Courtney Boyd and Marie Hesselgrave also received their third varsity letter.
Two-year letter winners included juniors Kendra O'Keefe and Courtney Arnold and sophomores Katie Smith and Cassidi Rosenkrance.
Earning their first letter were juniors Laura Chan and Megan Metlow, sophomore Taya Boonstra and freshmen Lauren Escalle and Bessie Walstad.
