Jourdan Wallace of Oak Harbor recently won the Elks Club Soccer Shootout state championship in Bremerton.

Wallace, winner of the 10-11 year-old division, had to kick soccer balls through different sized goals to earn points.

Dustin Scharwat, another Oak Harbor participant, picked up third place in the 8-9 year-old division.
