Spurred on by the first hat trick in Coupeville girls' soccer history, the Wolves won 5-1 at Concrete Saturday.
Senior Catlin Phillips drilled three scores to help Coupeville even its season record at 2-2.
Phillips first two goals started the scoring, then freshman Emily Burchfield scored to give the Wolves a 3-0 halftime lead.
Senior Courtney Boyd buried a penalty kick in the second half, followed by Phillips' third goal at the 72 minute mark.
Coach Mike Thornton said, "The girls played like a team and the communication was much improved."
Thornton added that Amanda d'Almeida, Casey Andrews, and Brittany Johnson stood out on defense.
Coupeville travels to Sultan Thursday and Lakewood Saturday.
