Little League annual meeting

The annual meeting of the North Whidbey Little League is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, June 18, at the First United Methodist Church, 1050 SE Ireland St. in Oak Harbor.

All NWLL parents and volunteers should plan on attending this meeting.

The meeting is required by Little League International for the purpose of presenting the "State of the League Report" by the 2009 board of directors.

Also, nominations for the 2010 board of directions will be taken and selections made.

Please continue your support of North Whidbey Little League by attending this meeting and expressing your views. The board would like to hear from you, the parents and volunteers, as to how this league performed this year. Whether it met your expectations, and if not, what it can do in the future within the rules of Little League International to improve.
