The Andy Andrade Memorial Little League Tournament for baseball and softball players continues through Friday, June 12, at Volunteer and Windjammer Parks in Oak Harbor. Teams from Burlington, Central Whidbey, South Whidbey, Sedro-Woolley, South Skagit and Anacortes, in addition to teams from North Whidbey are represented in the tournament.

North Whidbey teams include the Angels and the Dodgers in the softball half of the tournament played at Volunteer Park on Jerome Street, while the baseball team is represented by the Giants with games played at Windjammer Park on Bayshore Drive.

Games in the double-elimination tournament began Saturday, June 6, and the championship round is scheduled for 6 p.m. June 12.

This is your opportunity to come out and watch some of the best Little League baseball and softball players in the area as they make preparations for the upcoming district tournaments slated to begin in July.
