Mike Newton scored the winning goal at the 77-minute mark off an Eric Ofori assist as the Everett High School soccer team pulled out a 4-3 win over Oak Harbor in a Tuesday WesCo North match at Everett.

Justin Van Pelt gave the Wildcats a 1-0 lead at the 13-minute mark, only to have Ofori tie the score with a goal two minutes later.

Kevin Flavin put the Wildcats back in front scoring in the 25th minute, but Taylor Suarez found the net at the 28-minute mark to tie the score again.

Orfi gave the Seagulls, 2-8-0, the lead with a score 15 minutes into the second half of action.

However, the Wildcats fought back to tie the count when Michael Shevchuk put the ball in the net at the 65-minute mark.

Oak Harbor is 5-6 in WesCo matches this season.
