3 earn state titles / Trampoline and tumbling

Three Oak Harbor athletes representing Ground Zero won events at the Washington State Trampoline and Tumbling Championships Saturday, March 31, in Maple Valley.

Allison Lovett, competing in 11-12 girls division, and Kaia Crebbin, in the 13-14 age group, each won two gold medals.

Lovett took first in Level 5 double mini and Level 3 tumbling; she also placed third in Level 5 trampoline. Her marks in the double mini and trampoline were national qualifying scores.

Crebbin captured Level 7 double mini and Level 7 tumbling and placed second in Level 6 trampoline. She earned national scores in double mini and trampoline.

Kaitlyn Rozycki, 11-12 girls, was first in Level 5 trampoline and third in Level 5 double mini, both with national marks, and fifth in Level 5 tumbling.

Trevor Haskins, 11-12 boys, finished second in three events: Level 5 trampoline, with a national qualifying score; Level 5 double mini; and Level 4 tumbling.

Ground Zero, based out of Mount Vernon, will compete in the Region 1 Championships in Las Vegas in May.
