Kerfoot receives medal at Egber's Invitational | Boys golf

Oak Harbor's Mac Kerfoot earned a Top-40 Club medal at the Bill Egber's Invitational at the Skagit Valley Golf and Country Club Friday, May 9.

The tournament invites the region's top 120 high school boys golfers to participate, and Kerfoot shot rounds of 79 and 82 (161) to finish among the top third.

Kelley Sullivan of Skyline  posted two rounds of 71 on the par-72 course to win with a 142.

Kerfoot and his Oak Harbor teammates play in the Western Conference Championships at 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, at Kayak Point Golf Course in Stanwood.
