Oak Harbor High School senior Jessica Kallander was voted a Class 4A second team all-state softball player for her efforts this past season playing centerfield for the Wildcats.

During the 2008 campaign, the left-handed power hitter shattered several long-standing school records.

She set a new record of 29 hits in a season, breaking the old record of 27, and also stroked 11 doubles, breaking yet another record.

Finally, Kallander finished the year with a .518 batting average and an .857 slugging percentage, eclipsing two more records.
