Oak Harbor struggles at Cedarcrest | Boys golf

Rough day on the course as the Oak Harbor High School boys golf team finished at the bottom of the five-team Wesco North meet at Marysville's Cedarcrest Golf Course Tuesday, April 30.

The Wildcats finished with 446 strokes, one shot behind fourth-place Marysville-Pilchuck. Everett won with 405, followed by Stanwood (422) and Marysville Getchell (437).

Jerin Applegarth, Caleb Knaack and Hunter Adams all shot 87. Mac Kerfoot carded 92, Raiden Poe 93 and Mason Dieter 116.

Stanwood's Halen Davis shot 66, good for medalist honors on the par-70 course.

Oak Harbor plays in the league championship meet at noon May 8 at Everett's Legion Memorial Golf Course.
