Hits hard to come by for Wildcats | Softball

Offensive woes continued for the Oak Harbor High School softball team in a 6-0 loss at Mountlake Terrace Monday, April 22.

For the second time in three games, the Wildcats were no-hit, this time by Rene Bos. Oak Harbor has collected only three hits in the past four games.

Bos struck out 10 and walked only one.

Emily Saar pitched a six-hitter for the Wildcats in the loss to the Hawks (4-3, 6-8).

Oak Harbor will try to break a five-game losing streak when in hosts Shorewood (0-8, 2-13) at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 23.

Even with the recent loss, Oak Harbor (2-5, 3-10) remains only one game out of second in the Wesco 3A North.
