Bill VanCleef, Greg Jiran, Lei Kuapahi, Terry Armstrong and Andy Bullington combined to win the Whidbey Golf and Country Club Fall Five Ball Tournament Saturday, Oct. 13.

The quintet carded a net of 129 to earn the title.

Brian Wasinger, Robert Tercero, Arik Dahlen, David Smith and Art Lubin finished second with a 132.

One stroke back in a tie for third were the teams of Chuck Yurcina, Ocki Dureau, Gary VanCleve, Jake Cohen and Steven Anderson and Paul Schuller, John Henriot, Bryan Wilson, Tom Donnelly and Mike Corbley.

In the tournament, each team played a four-person scramble with the fifth member (the choker) playing his own ball. The choker's net score was combined with the scramble score on each hole to determine each team's score.
