Unable to generate much offense, the Coupeville High School volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match to visiting Cedarcrest Tuesday, Oct. 2.

The Red Wolves, who are in second place in the Cascade Conference with a 7-1 record, won 25-9, 25-16, 25-11.

Coach Toni Crebbin said her team had trouble producing an offensive punch and "just couldn't seem to put it all together."

She added, "We are doing what we are focusing on in practice, but we just don't have any offense."

The Wolves did, however, have some success when operating quick sets, Crebbin said.

Coupeville (1-7, 2-7) plays Lakewood (4-4) at home at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4.
