It didn't take long for the Oak Harbor High School swim team to get back into its winning ways.
A day after losing their first meet of the season, the Wildcats dunked Meadowdale 97-73 at the Lynnwood Pool Tuesday, Sept. 25.
Emily Huffer grabbed two individual wins in state-qualifying times, taking the 200-meter individual medley (2:15.4) and 100 backstroke (1:01.81).
Other winners were Akasha Trisler (200 free, 2:12.12), Lauren Vagt (100 butterfly, 1:06.22), Irysh Concepcion (100 free, 59.87) and Mollie Briddell (500 free, 5:57.95).
The 200 free relay team of Huffer, Concepcion, Marissa Morris and Therese Desquitado won in 1:49.
Oak Harbor (7-1) returns home at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, against Lake Stevens (3-1).
