Shorewood defeats Oak Harbor 6-1 | Tennis

A win in third singles is all the Oak Harbor tennis team could grab in a 6-1 loss to first-place Shorewood at Shoreline Park Tuesday, May 1.
Jennifer Fremd snagged the Wildcats' only win in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1.
Oak Harbor (3-12) ends the regular season when Glacier Peak (9-3) comes to town at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3.
Other results:
Singles: 1, Alexa Holmly lost 0-6, 0-6; 2, Shannon Neilon lost 0-6, 2-6; 4, Kyla McKinney lost 5-7, 4-6.
Doubles: 1, Molly Van Dam/McKenzie Schneider lost 2-6, 0-6; 2, Stephanie Milliron/Jenny Landingin lost 0-6, 0-6; 3, Tiffany Kepner/Molly Murdock lost 6-7(4), 1-6.
