Top-ranked Shorewood handles Wildcats | Soccer

The Oak Harbor High School soccer team found out why undefeated Shorewood is ranked No. 1 in the state 3A poll and No. 6 in one national poll as the Thunderbirds breezed by the visiting Wildcats 9-0 Monday, April 30.

Shorewood (14-0), which defeated Oak Harbor 3-0 April 2, has outscored opponents 50-1 this spring.

Oak Harbor (2-12-1) closes out the season with Everett (4-9-2) at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, at Wildcat Memorial Stadium.
