Terrace blanks Wildcats | Tennis

After being rained out several times the Oak Harbor and Mountlake Terrace tennis teams finally played their match and the host Hawks prevailed 7-0 Saturday, April 28.
Using a different lineup, the Wildcats took two of the matches to three sets before falling.
Rachelle Muzones, who usually plays doubles, lost 6-3, 3-6, 2-6 in third singles.
Reserves Brittany Rigby and Ashley Hayes played third doubles and were edged 4-6, 7-6(4), 9-11.
Oak Harbor (3-10) goes to Shorewood (9-2) at 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 30.
Other results:
Singles: 1, Alexis Holmly lost 1-6, 0-6; 2, Shannon Neilon lost 4-6, 2-6; 4, Molly Murdock lost 0-6, 3-6.
Doubles: 1, Molly Van Dam/McKenzie Scheider lost 2-6, 4-6; 2, Jenny Landingin/Kyla McKinney lost 1-6, 1-6.
