The Oak Harbor High School soccer team played a strong second half, but three first-half goals by visiting Lynnwood were too much to overcome in a 3-1 loss Tuesday, April 24.
Ben McCornack, with an assist from Matt Jensen, scored in the 57th minute for the Wildcats.
Coach Brian Thompson said, "After sorting out the problems at halftime, we held them and scored our goal in the second half."
Oak Harbor (1-11-1) plays Meadowdale (3-8-2) at Lynnwood High School Thursday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m.
