Meadowdale took advantage of Oak Harbor mistakes to defeat the Wildcats 3-1 in soccer Friday, March 30, at Wildcat Memorial Stadium.

Coach Brian Thompson said, "We didn't play as well as we have been lately. (We made) a few little mistakes that changed the game in Meadowdale's favor. This team is resilient, though, and will come back to play better in the next one."

Alex Krantz, with an assist from Caleb Gatica-Cortes, scored the Oak Harbor goal against the Mavericks (2-3-1).

Oak Harbor (0-5-1) hosts first-place Shorewood (5-0) at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 2.
