Mountlake Terrace tripped up the Oak Harbor High School soccer team 3-1 Wednesday, March 21, at Lynnwood High School.

Ryan Gilman scored Oak Harbor's goal off an assist from Alex Krantz.

After a strong match against Glacier Peak, the Wildcats (0-2-1) struggled with the previously winless Hawks (1-3).

Coach Brian Thompson said, "We went out overconfident and didn’t play our game plan. I believe the players learned an important lesson about not underestimating their opponent's abilities."

Oak Harbor hosts Meadowdale (1-2-1) at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 23.
