Oak Harbor High School football players received more post-season recognition when the Everett Herald announced its All-Area team this week.
Josiah Miller was chosen as a first-team running back and defensive back and as the second-team return specialist.
Cody Hernkind earned first-team offensive line honors, and Jeremy Foster was a second-team defensive line selection.
The team is voted on by coaches and reporters, and the players are selected from all schools, regardless of classification, in Snohomish and Island counties.
