For the 10th time in 12 league matches, the Coupeville High School soccer team was blanked as it slipped 3-0 at Granite Falls Tuesday, Oct. 18.
The Tigers (6-6, 7-7) scored twice in the first half and then added a third goal late in the match.
Coach Mike Thornton said, "Again we had a few shots, (but we) just couldn't get it in the net. It was an interesting game as we saw good moments, just not enough."
Thursday, Oct. 20, is Senior Night at 7 p.m. as the Wolves (0-12, 1-12) entertain Sultan (1-11, 1-13).
