Washington State University's Marshall Lobbestael, a 2007 graduate of Oak Harbor High School, has been selected as the Manning Award Player of the Week.

Lobbestael completed 32-of-49 passes for 376 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Cougars to a 31-27 victory Colorado last Saturday. Two of the three touchdowns occurred in the final three minutes, including a 63-yard game-winning connection.

After three straight weeks of career highs in passing yardage, Lobbestael is 13th in quarterback rating and the Cougars are fourth in passing offense in the country.
