Faralan, Tillotson receive Sports Report scholarship

Seniors Jordan Faralan and David Tillotson have been awarded the 2011 Oak Harbor Sports Report $500 scholarships.

Faralan played volleyball and tennis for four years for Oak Harbor High School while maintaining a 3.93 GPA.  Tillotson played football for two years and basketball and baseball for four.

Both will attend the University of Washington. Faralan, who graduated with a 3.93 GPA, will major in business administration; Tillotson, a 3.83 student, is looking into science and engineering.

The scholarships are awarded to student-athletes who play at least two sports for four years and maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average.
