Girls golf: Wildcats 2nd to GP in 4-team match

A third-place finish in the medalist race by freshman Annie Leete helped the Oak Harbor girls golf team place second in a four-team match at Everett’s Legion Memorial Golf Course Tuesday, April 19.
Leete earned 42 Stableford points and the Wildcats 141; Glacier Peak easily took the team title with 169. Everett scored 131 points and Lynnwood 125.
Millie Goebel followed Leete with 33 points, Sasha Olson had 27, Mara Cortez 23 and Bre Roderos 16.
The Wildcats play in their final home regular season match today, April 21, at 3 p.m. with Mountlake Terrace,
Everett and Lynnwood.Comment on this story.
