Girls golf: Oak Harbor finishes 2nd at Ballinger

Everett defeated Oak Harbor and Mountlake Terrace in a three-team girls golf match at the Ballinger Golf Course Wednesday, March 23.
The Seagulls earned 30 points in modified Stableford scoring, followed by the Wildcats with 73 and the Hawks with 69.
Sasha Olson finished fourth overall with a 21 to top the 'Cats, one spot in front of Annie Leete (20).
Marina Bankowski (sixth, 16), Mara Cortez (eighth, 13), Katie Brockway (15th, three) and KC Windfield (16th, two) rounded out the field for Oak Harbor.
The Wildcats, Glacier Peak and Shorecrest meet at Jackson Park Thursday, March 24, at 3 p.m.
Oak Harbor doesn't compete again until Thursday, April 7, with Shorewood and Shorecrest at 3 p.m. at the Whidbey Golf and Country Club.
