The Wildcats finished with 428 strokes. Mercer Island carded a 336 and host Redmond a 348.

Coach Andy Wesley said, "It was a good first match at a very tough course...The course was wet and narrow."

Millie Goebel played 18 holes and shot a 108.

The other Wildcats played nine holes: Annie Leete, 57; Mara Cortez, 63; Lily Mosolino, 65; Marina Bankowski, 67; and Sasha Olson, 68.

Oak Harbor hosts the Whidbey Shootout Monday, March 21, at noon at the Whidbey Golf and Country Club.
