Now at full strength, the Oak Harbor girls swim and dive team won its third straight meet; the latest a 102-81 victory over visiting Stanwood Wednesday, Oct. 6.

The short-handed Wildcats, who were missing several key swimmers because they did not have enough practices to qualify for the meets, opened the season by dropping five of their first six meets.

Coach Erika Miller said things are looking up for the Wildcats now that she has her full squad, and she added, "We are swimming better, too."
