Glacier Peak zipped through the visiting Oak Harbor boys tennis team 7-0 Friday, Sept. 24.

The Grizzlies (6-2) swept each match in straight sets to drop the Wildcats’ season record to 1-7.

Oak Harbor’s Ben Cardinal (6-1, 6-1), Josh Evans (6-1, 6-2), David DeGuzman (6-2, 6-4) and Will Southard (6-0, 6-2) each dropped their singles matches.

The teams of Max O’Dell/Geoff Worley (6-0, 6-0), Eric Berner/Michael Serna (6-1, 6-1) and Ben Harrison/Maric Sobreo (6-1, 6-0) stumbled in doubles action.

The match was originally schedule for Thursday but was postponed because of rain.
