We need services in tough times

When things get tough, neighbors help neighbors. Our economy is suffering right now and so now is our chance to help each other. We can do this in part by passing Proposition 1 and guaranteeing the level of county services that contribute to making life on Whidbey and Camano islands safe, healthy and so rewarding.
