I am a tenant in the Evergreen Mobile Home Park on Goldie Street that Sean Byrne bought to develop. He has since agreed to preserve the park as indicated by the following paragraph from Mr. Byrne’s letter:

“It is my hope to work with you all to preserve the park and take steps to allow as a group to either purchase the park or find an investor to participate with you all on a future sale.”

Does anyone know how to get $300,000 for a down payment for the park?

In view of this anybody in the community should feel free to avail yourself of any mobiles for sale in the park without fear of the park closing. We also have one empty space for a single-wide mobile for rent.

Thank you Sean!
