Possible confusion with Squi Qui (S’Kwai-kwi)

An Indian or Native American (First Nation?) name for a Ferry serving Port Townsend-Keystone is a good choice. And I am not against the choice “Squi Qui” as a possible name. I am sure it represents a noble person and with heritage of this area in mind, would be quite proper. Perhaps I may be in error, but Squi Qui looks like it could be mispronounced as “Squeaky” by many. Can you imagine hearing people saying, “Here come ol’ Squeaky” when they see the ferry approaching?
