Stop looking at and treating your online newspaper as a bi-weekly paper, if you want readership and advertising dollars.

You have to develop a product that people like me will go to everyday.

How do you do that? Names and pictures. Everyone wants to see and read about themselves, their family, friends, and neighbors in pictures and stories.

Include the Navy stories in your paper and what’s happening on both bases.

Think about it.
