Sending someone a big hug
September 1, 2009 · 2:28 PM
I hope to send a big thank you message to the person who turned in my purse to the Dollar Store.
Everything was there. I am always amazed, but not surprised, by the generosity and love of the people of Washington state, especially on Whidbey Island.
I was very upset when I discovered my purse missing and it not only contained all my personal items but my passport. I’m supposed to go to Canada on Tuesday and on a cruise in less than three weeks, both of which require my passport.
The individual who turned in my purse never left any identification, so I’m sending a big hug and a grateful thank you. With all the turmoil going on, there are still people who follow the Golden Rule. Don’t you wish everyone did?
