Knue, not Smith, led on education

I believe Republicans, Democrats, and Independents in the 10th Legislative District all agree that we deserve a candidate that does not distort the truth. Norma Smith, our appointed state representative, claims credit for bills that she had almost no part in. She is simply someone who likes the credit, even when she does not deserve it.

In her current campaign, she is claiming credit for a "Local Farms, Healthy Kids" legislation and a Technical Education funding bill when it was her challenger Tim Knue and his wife who were being the active private citizens that helped contribute to the bill's passage. Tim's expertise was recognized and called upon to testify before the legislature.

The point is that Tim, as a private citizen, was more effective at passing bills than Norma Smith was as an appointed legislator. It is time to give the candidate with a record of results and involvement a chance to lead. Let's elect Tim Knue as our representative.
