Palin critic missed points

Ann Adams’ Sept. 13 letter worrying about Gov. Palin’s acceptance speech merely demonstrates how absent information makes for bad comments.

Mrs. Palin didn’t sneer at Obama for being a community organizer, she had a little fun in making comparisons because so many Democrates laughed at her for being mayor of a small town. As for the funds for the “bridge to nowhere,” if the money is not accepted for the earmark provided, the community can keep it, as nearly all of them do, so don’t berate her for that.

No, Wasilla doesn’t have a sewage treatment plant, doesn’t need one as all houses are able to manage their own sewage ­— and for that matter, here on North Whidbey there isn’t any such animal.
