Bailey right on government

I think a letter in favor of Barbara Bailey is in order. Now, I don’t agree with everything she does, but I do agree with her stand on expanding government.

If you prefer socialism with the government relieving you of all responsibility, please go somewhere else to get it. I don’t want “big brother” running my life down to the last detail, and especially, I don’t want to pay for a government that thinks I’m too incompetent to run my own life. It’s obvious Barbara is in favor of limiting government, I’m 100 percent behind her in that. Remember, as Thomas Jefferson said, “A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have.”
