First of all I’d like to thank God, and then everyone else involved in the expediting or rescue and first aid on July 28 at Highway 20 and Libbey Road. I am fortunate to be around, as my vehicle rolled three times, and no one was hurt. Thanks State Patrol, marshal, sheriff, Whidbey General and first on-scene people, whoever you are.
