On July 8 my 13-year-old son was riding his bicycle down the sidewalk on Regatta when he flew over his handle bars. He thankfully was wearing his helmet, but still sustained minor injuries. I would like to thank the several people who stopped to help him, as well as the quick response by paramedics/fire rescue.

The people who were with my son aided him in calling me on his cell phone, kept him from moving to prevent further possible injury and stopped the bleeding on his wound, as well as keeping him calm til I could arrive. The paramedics were very speedy in their response and took all precautions to check him to make sure he had not sustained serious injury.

Thank you to the good Samaratians who helped my son, I greatly appreciate you and what you did. Also, thank you to the paramedics/fire rescue for doing what you do.
