Last weekend my friends and I put together a lemonade stand that would gather donations for the people that were struck by Hurricane Katrina. I would like to thank Oak Harbor for their generous donations for the lemonade stand I had at Hair Happenings on Thursday and at Safeway on Saturday. Thank you Safeway for letting us gather donations in front of your store. Thank you Pizza Hut for giving us free pizzas on both days! It raised our spirits!

Thank you to my friends for helping - I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you Oak Harbor Fire Dept. for supporting us, you really made our day! We raised $806.55 total! 100 percent goes to American Red Cross. Kids CAN make a difference! I hope you all have everyone that was struck by Katrina in your thoughts and prayers.
