Will someone please publish a clarification of the local rules (or laws) about the 20 mph school zone now that summer vacation is here and there is no school?

None of us want to get a speeding ticket by assuming that since there is no school the usual posted 30 mph speed limit is back in effect.

last week I checked on this with the district court (where tickets are paid), who referred me to the police department. After waiting about 20 minutes for someone there to come and talk with me about this I had to leave, still not knowing the answer.

We need to have this officially clarified now. Please!
