Hooray for a Coupeville high school girl, Tessa by name. Do you know her? She saved the life of my little white dog last week on Scenic Heights Road.

Tessa had the sharpness of mind to call a vet when she could not reach me. He traced Buttercup through her rabies tag to a former owner, Bonnie Paul, who picked up my dog. Bonnie breeds Lhasa Apsos. But she forgot to get Tessa’s full name, address or phone number.

So thank you, Tessa, from my heart and Buttercup’s. Call me.
