Can someone please tell me why it took over three weeks for any of this (serial rapist) news to come out? My 16 and 7 year old girls have been going jogging together and sometimes my oldest by herself. She comes home around 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Normally this would not be much of a concern. Had I known about this serial rapist, I certainly would not have let her go alone. Nice job of the police department educating the public right away. I've been sleeping with my windows unlocked too. I'm just in complete disbelief. Reminds of when Whidbey Island Bank was robbed, not once....but twice, and both times they eluded the police.

I could see this in Seattle, but on an island with one driveable way off! Or how about the girl in first grade who was murdered about 7 or 8 years ago and the case has yet to be solved. Nice work OHPD!
