Oak Harbor: Post office should move

This is an answer to Dick Moore’s March 10 letter. Walk!

I agree the parking lot at the post office is too small but to cut down the oak tree might make only one more parking spot. So walk from another parking area.

We all know downtown Oak Harbor is over congested but removing one historical tree won't solve the problem. Move the post office to Taylor Road and Highway 20, the area Wal-Mart wanted originally and should be now. What a clutter mess it is on that windy hill. But the post office should move. That area could be used for downtown parking. People could walk to Wal-mart and Old Oak Harbor.
