Library location: The library at the sewer plant

The smell of the green (sewage) beach, less than a mile from the site. The smell of the city sewage processing plant, only yards from the site. Be sure to let the smell cover you and your children, like walking into a room of smoke and

. . .

But the Oak Harbor City Council doesn’t care. It’s a way to get rid of a white elephant that no one can sell. It has only been an open lot for over 40 years. Oak Harbor can pay taxes on it forever.
