Navy: Close the base

The Navy base should be closed due to the air noise and the lack of regard for Oak Harbor residents. Now they want to get a pool discount. Why should the residents of Oak Harbor pay for the Navy to have more benefits at our cost of life on the island?

So why not close the base and attract a better business like Microsoft or Boeing where the jobs pay more. Businesses that give to the community instead of the Navy where Oak Harbor had to pay for the awful eyesore on the beach. That is best reason for closing the base.
