Let me be the first to extend my sincere condolences to the town of Coupeville on hearing of the loss of their town planner Larry Cort. Coupeville's loss is truly Oak Harbor's gain, one can only hope they appreciate Larry's intelligence and grace under fire more than he has received in Coupeville lately. More so than not something of value is not recognized until it is lost.

To Larry I thank you for the help you have given me freely over the years, I wish you fair winds to your back and following seas. Best of luck in the Emerald City to the north.
