Noise: Buzz cuts poorly timed

Dear USN, Sir!

My wife and I retired at Dugualla Bay Heights almost three years knowing that we'd be your neighbor. But the last few nights — and into the early a.m. — noise from low-flying Prowlers has been intolerable. Buzz cuts at 2 a.m.? Give us a break!

My eccentric Aunt Mae used to drink cheap wine and read true crime stories all night. She slept days. Maybe we'll try that!
