Feedback: City should cut Web page cost

Why would a Web site for the city cost $19,000 for only 8 to 15 pages? As a business person I have a professional six-page site that cost less than $1,000 to develop.

Why would they use a company out of Bellevue? Have they looked into using local companies? Seems to me the city of Oak Harbor could do a lot better in these times of tight budgets!
